I am a paper artist based in Istanbul, Turkey.
I have been interested in art for as long as I can remember and I have been working as a full-time artist since 2015. Over the years, I have created more than 1500 artworks and collaborated with companies such as Royal Caribbean, Essie, Red Bull, and many more.
I have always been artsy, but quilling didn’t come into my life until 2012. For a while, crafts were just a hobby alongside my corporate job. When I started quilling as a hobby, I had no intention of quitting my career. But after earning a bit from it, I took the risk and decided to leave the corporate world.
Along my journey, I’ve always shared my knowledge, leading to the creation of two tutorial books and creating an online community of more than 153k people sharing my same passion.
Paper is a medium that has many limitations, but also has many possibilities. These possibilities have led me to a unique style of crafting and I want to share all my expertise with all of you!

In this course, we will learn the fundamentals of paper-quilling art and understand the concepts. This is a project course, so I will guide you through creating your own artwork step by step. We'll choose the theme, draw the sketch, determine the size of the artwork, create a pattern for the quilling part, and decide on the color scheme. Once, we have the basics, I"ll guide you through bringing your paper artwork to life.
Course 2: Cut, Roll & Create
We’ll explore diverse approaches to quilling and experimenting with techniques that will help expand your skills and unleash your creativity. Together, we’ll create a series of artworks using the templates I’ve provided. I’ll guide you through the process of customizing these pieces to make them truly your own. In addition, we’ll cover the essentials of framing your completed works. I’ll also share some common pitfalls that quillers often encounter and provide practical advice to help you avoid these mistakes, especially if you’re newer to the craft. By the end of this course, you’ll have a stronger understanding of quilling techniques and the confidence to experiment with your own creative ideas.
